At Beatstave, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data and account information.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Immediate)
- Open the Beatstave app or visit beatstave.com.
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on your account profile icon / menu and select Account Settings.
- Click Delete Account and confirm. Your account and all stored data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
Option 2: Email Request (Web / External)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request manual account deletion by emailing our support team:
- Email: fretandbeat@gmail.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request - Beatstave
- Details: Please send the request from the email address associated with your Beatstave Google account so we can verify ownership. Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently erased from our servers (Google Firebase):
- Account Credentials: Your Firebase Authentication user profile and Google Sign-In record.
- Personal Info: Your name and email address.
- Saved Configurations: All your custom saved drum patterns, beats, sequences, and settings.
- Subscription Records: Associated user profile metadata in Firestore.
Data Retention
We do not retain any user data once an account is deleted. All associated documents in our database are wiped permanently.
